Our Story
Our founder, Chris Knowles, was working a corporate job with a Fortune 500 company, but he still felt that something was missing. Rather than dedicating his life to making other people's dreams come true, he decided that he would rather go into business for himself. He left his corporate job and the security it provided to branch out on his own. Thus, True Friends Moving Company was born.
What started out as a small operation with just a few movers and a truck has grown into the thriving moving company that we are today. Even as we have grown, though, we still maintain the essence of a small organization. We are dedicated to our clients and want you always to feel as though you are moving with a couple of friends, rather than a stuffy company. We are laid-back and friendly, but we take our job very seriously. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Our Services
In addition to our basic service of moving your belongings from your old home to your new one, we can help with packing and unpacking as well. We work with both residential and commercial clients, so we can help you move your office, too. We are experienced in dealing with heavy items, like pianos, and will ensure that your things get to their destination undamaged. If you need additional time to complete your move, you are welcome to make use of our storage services as well.
